On this week's show, the Summer Top 10 Countdowns were the focus, as they have been for the past few weeks.  Host David Pizzuto began with a recap of the SportsNet Top 10 countdown's No. 8 moment that premiered on Tuesday, men's basketball's showdown with John Jay College in late-January.  Following a break, Pizzuto chatted with baseball senior Salvatore Trancucci IV, who reached base twice and scored both times in a 5-3 win over Mercy College on March 8, what turned out to be the final athletics event of the COVID-shortened season.  It renewed a rivalry with future ECC-rivals Mercy College, giving fans a great taste of what is to come in NCAA Division II and the East Coast Conference, and was voted as the No. 8 top moment on the Flashback Friday countdown.  Trancucci spoke about the game, his career, and his decision to return to the team in 2021 as a senior again.

On this week's show, the Summer Top 10 Countdowns continued to be the focus.  First, host David Pizzuto gave an athletics update and ushered in the countdown beginning with the No. 9 most viewed SportsNet broadcast of the past year, a classic showdown in men's basketball between the Dolphins and Cougars of Medgar Evers.  After a break, Pizzuto welcomed in Mauro, who spoke about the organization behind Legacy Night, a first-of-its-kind event that welcomed in a host of prominent figures to celebrate the school's entry into NCAA Division II and to kick off the CSI Athletics Scholarship Fund.  The duo also saved some time to talk about the recent COVID-shortened spring baseball season, and the outlook on the future of baseball and sports in general at the College.

On this week's show, the Summer Top 10 Countdowns are the focus.  First, Co-Hosts David Pizzuto & Joseph Foreman focused on the No. 10 most viewed CSI SportsNet stream in 2019-20, Men's Basketball's Senior Night showdown with Baruch College.  After a break, the duo chatted with CSI Men's Soccer senior Ryan Layman.  The team's MVP and the department's Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year was on-hand to discuss the season, most specifically, CSI's 2-1 win over Rowan University, their first-ever win over the Profs.  It was CSI's first win of the season, and sparked a great Division II debut season for CSI, as they finished with a 10-5-1 record.  Layman shared his experiences and his reflections on a magnificent career.  At the conclusion of the show, Pizzuto thanked Foreman for his service to The Dolphin Pod, as this episode marked his last with the show.

On this week's show, for the first time hosts David Pizzuto and Joseph Foreman go guest-free, going over the past year and review the near misses to the pair of summer countdowns.  Each Tuesday, csidolphins.com will count down the Top 10 most viewed broadcasts from the past year on CSI SportsNet, and the pair discussed CSI Men's Basketball's game against St. Thomas Aquinas College and Women's Soccer's Senior Day against NYU, a pair that came just outside the Top 10.  After a break, the duo discussed CSI's Flashback Friday series, which kicks off officially next week, but unrolled today with a near-miss trio of Swimming & Diving's performance at the Metro Championships, Track & Field's performance at the CUNYAC Championship, and the Division II celebration on Staten Island that included several distinguishing stops. It's a great prelude on what is to come in the weeks ahead.

Dranoff to flesh out CSI's official entry into the ECC competitively for the 2020-21 season.  After learning of Dr. Dranoff's experiences leading to his appointment with the ECC in 2008, Dr. Dranoff then talks about the sensational footprint the conference is leaving within the Division II landscape, and what he is most proud of during his tenure.  The conversation is a great way to learn more about CSI's new Division II venture and CSI's progression through the provisional process.

On this week's show, co-hosts David Pizzuto & Joseph Foreman speak to two tremendous Alumni who enjoyed NCAA greatness, correlating with the Remember the Legacy pieces that have been showcasing on csidolphins.com.  Jacqueline Cautela, a four-time CUNYAC Most Valuable Player was a part of four-straight CUNYAC Softball Championship teams that went on to win three NCAA Tournament games over that time from 2014-17.  Cautela talks about her career and what athletics came to mean for her.  Later, Jordan Young, a standout on the Men's Basketball team talks about the magical Sweet 16 run of 2012, and before that, the building of the CSI program and the continued dominance as a former coach.  Two amazing conversations that remind us of the powerful legacy that CSI leaves behind in the CUNYAC and NCAA Division III.

This week, hosts David Pizzuto & Joseph Foreman chat with former CSI staffers Terry Small and Jason Fein, who as Sports Information Directors share stories on CSI's tremendous progressions through the NCAA Division III landscape and the CUNYAC, correlating with CSI's "Remember the Legacy" series that has been running on csidolphins.com. The duo share some of the highlights and struggles associated with their times at CSI, and the trajectory of their careers since their days at CSI.

After a two-month hiatus, The Dolphin Pod returns, social-distance style, to talk with CSI Athletes of the Uear Rebecca D'Aloia and Adeola Latunji. The pair were announced with the honors a week ago, and talk about the distinction and reflect on their tremendous careers. Hosts David Pizzuto and Joseph Foreman begin by talking about what's on tap for the future of The Dolphin Pod throughout the summer.

Co-Hosts David Pizzuto and Joseph Foreman are joined by Director of Athletics Charles Gomes, who provided insight into the Athletic Department's decision to cancel the Spring sports season in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The virus has crippled athletics throughout the country, and Gomes sheds light into what this means for CSI student-athletes and coaches and discusses next steps and scenarios in the coming days and weeks. It could be the first of a number of conversations with Gomes, as we learn more about the Coronavirus and its profound effect on the sports landscape.

On this week's show, Co-Hosts David Pizzuto and Joseph Foreman wrap up the week that included the close of Indoor Track & Field and the beginning of Baseball season, mixed in with a little Men's Tennis.  After discussing what's on tap, the duo sit with Head Coach for Track & Field Andrew Gangemi, who talked about the indoor season and the progress seen throughout the campaign that saw numerous records and standout performances.  Along with previewing the outdoor season, Gangemi talked about the training regimen associated with the sport, the way he and his team goal-sets, and even the assistance given to him by the Cheerleading team.  It proved to be a great wrap-up to the indoor campaign while serving as a great feeder for the outdoor portion of the schedule that starts on March 21.
