Crute braved the treacherous highways to get to Drake University in Iowa to make it into the spin room for tonight's GOP debate on CNN. There's just one problem. He doesn't really want to be there. Why would he want to be there! All there is is Meatball Ron and Birdbrain Nikki Haley! Still, he made it alive, so he may as well do some real work today...

Before the debate even BEGINS, it's being upstaged. Trump is set to talk with Fox News tonight as counter-programming, and the GOP presidential primary has it's newest loser! Chris Christie is set to announce that he's dropping out of the race in New Hampshire. Not even CNN is airing pre-debate coverage, as the spotlight is being shined on way more important things.

Since Crute has to drive to Iowa anyways, he may as well take a listen to whatever sort of righty-whitey radio the great corn state has to offer. It's about what you'd expect: a lot of immigrant hate, a lot of Trump ads, and some screaming about Hunter Biden. Sounds like CJ!

Back home, Robin Vos is in some hot water with the HOT Government weirdos, they're looking to impeach his ass! Do we love HOT Government? Not at all, they've pushed election disinformation more than anyone. But do we love Vos getting impeached? Of course we do!

Crute is preparing to make the trek to Iowa tomorrow, where he will be heading to the CNN GOP debate. Neither of the two people on stage tomorrow are likely to be president, but that doesn't mean that the hotel bar won't be busy with politicos!

Jim Santelle with the Morning Canollis joins the Devil's to break down a plethora of January 6th related news. Has Trump faced any accountability yet for inciting the riot in DC three years ago? Then, Santelle explains why Trump's presidential immunity argument is bogus. With the courts set to begin hearing arguments over "presidential immunity" next week, Santelle says that it needs to go to SCOTUS fast, just so they can throw it out ASAP.

Plus, former Green Bay golden boy Aaron Rodgers is back in hot water after accusing Jimmy Kimmel of going to Epstein's island. With Kimmel now threatening to sue Rodgers, the Devil's read up about the many inflammatory things Rodgers has said in recent years. Hey, he can always team up with the MyPillow guy!

Tomorrow is the three-year anniversary of the insurrection at the US Capitol on January 6th, and Joe Biden is talking at Valley Forge today with some very sharp language about the state of Democracy with the last anniversary of the insurrection before this fall's presidential election.

Then, Alan Robinson, co-founder of Herbal Aspects, joins the show to talk about the recent rumblings about medical marijuana legislation coming down the pipeline. While he doesn't want to harsh anyone's buzz, he says that anything put forward by Republicans will be sure to contain a poison pill.

Former Dane County Sheriff Dave Mahoney joins the Devil's to talk about his op-ed in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on January 6th. As someone who oversaw a massive peaceful protest himself during Act 10, he says he's confident that he can say that the insurrection was not a peaceful protest.

Dems in the House put out a report saying that Trump businesses made millions of dollars from foreign governments while he was President. I thought Biden was supposed to be the one to do that! While Republicans have found no evidence of Biden profiting while President, they say that the new Trump details aren't even relevant.

Plus a January 6 insurrectionist is asking to take a break and head to Cancun. It won't even be his first overseas trip since being charged, so I hope he got flight insurance!

Then, two more states try to keep Trump off the ballot. This time, it's New Hampshire and Illinois, where voters are hoping to join up with Colorado and Maine.

Then, Pocan gives his on-the-ground report of what he saw on January 6, 2021. With the three-year anniversary just around the corner, Pocan helps set the record straight on whether or not the crowds were violent that day (they were).

Sticking with January 6, retired Rear Admiral Michael Smith joins the Devil's to talk about why he is speaking out about that day. He says that, while military officers are usually supposed to stay out of politics, January 6 wasn't just simple politics, as he warns about why he's concerned if Trump gets elected once again.
