Robin Vos says that he wants to take the case to the US Supreme Court. Do they have any reason to take up the case? Probably not, Crute says, but that won't stop Vos from taking a chance to attack Protasiewicz. He'll never pass up that opportunity!

And speaking of Vos, he got a write-up in The Guardian, calling him Wisconsin's very own Prince of Darkness. Somebody better warn Ozzy!

Then, it's time for a Devil's debate: should Donald Trump be thrown off the ballot in Colorado? Crute has to choke himself to say yes, he should! Will it cause further politicization down the line, Crute thinks so!

Dom, meanwhile, says that Trump participated in an insurrection! Of course he should be off the ballot! It's right there in the constitution!

Trump's eligibility to be on a presidential ballot is being challenged and denied, beginning in Colorado. This may be the first domino in the chain that leads to the end of his run.
