Trump has filed an appeal against the ruling by the Colorado Supreme Court, and Crute has some questions about the 14th amendment specifically. Will the SCOTUS agree with the Colorado Supreme Court?

And while Trump is invited to the presidential debate later this month, he won't be there. He'll have his own counterprogramming instead! He'll even be in Iowa on January 6th, and so will Crute!

The Wisconsin State Capitol building got a phony bomb threat today, alongside state capitol's across the entire country. Crute says it's MAGA, even if MAGA is going to blame ANTIFA. Either way, the Wisconsin capitol wasn't even evacuated, leaving Dom concerned for Crute's safety as he sits just two blocks from the building.

And speaking of dropping bombs, Trump's team is dropping their own bomb as he tries to appeal for presidential immunity. Will a social media post from an anonymous poster claiming that Trump won in 2020 hold up in court? Probably not.

Speaking of Trump, the Washington Post reports as we get on the air the Trump wants the US Supreme Court to make sure that he is on every primary ballot across the country. Problem is, he isn't arguing that he didn't do an insurrection! You probably want to fight the facts of a case if you want it to be overturned.

We're coming up on the three-year anniversary of the January 6th Insurrection. Does Trump's actions that day still have influence over voters today? Recent polling says no, as GOP voters increasingly downplay the events of that day, and more and more say that the insurrectionists were mostly peaceful, and any violence was brought on by law enforcement.

So how do Democrats move forward? While a third of voters across the country still don't think Biden won in 2020, can Biden get by without their vote? Should he care that a third of voters don't think he won? Should we?

Exclusive audio obtained by CNN shows Kenneth Chesebro continuing to talk to prosecutors about his role in trying to overturn the 2020 presidential election in favor of Donald Trump. The new audio is a real doozy, showing that not only did Ron Johnson help fly the fake elector documents saying that Wisconsin was Trump country, but that he may be talking with WI AG Josh Kaul about the false electors scheme!

But RoJo didn't just get a jet for the fake elector documents, but Chesebro's audio shows that the paperwork was delivered to him, though indirectly, and was even willing to take the next step. Oh, and Rudy get's thrown under the bus too. It's a win-win!

Then, breaking while the show is on the air, former US Senator and Milwaukee Bucks owner Herb Kohl has passed away at age 88. Crute tells his only Herb Kohl story he has about he got into a free Bucks game fresh out of college.

Then at the end of the show, Packers Reporter Mike Clemens joins the show to break down this weekend's Packers game, and what happened last weekend with Jaire Alexander.

2023 is coming to a close, which means that it's time to look back and reflect on the year behind us. Specifically, let's look back all of the losers of the past year. Oh yeah, there were a lot of them!

Dom isn't in the running, even though he isn't in again today, but Crute and Producer Nate want to find out who was the biggest loser of them all. Was it the Republican's pro-life policies that cost them election after election across the country? Or maybe the pundits who thought that the Dobbs decision wouldn't have much effect on elections?

Or is it Mike Pillow? Or maybe Rudy? Both faced some pretty bad legal judgements this year, and both keep doubling down on their now-proven false claims.

Plus, Jaire Alexander is SUSPENDED from this Sunday's Packers game over his coin toss antics. But Crute doesn't consider him a loser for getting suspended, that would be hypocritical!
