This episode breaks down our predictions for every regular season award and who we predict to make and win the NBA Finals. Some awards seem to have some runaway favorites this year, but there are always surprises. We have a relatively good track record with these awards in years prior, and it is good to know where we stood when we look back at the end of the season. At the end, we cover some upsetting recent news with the Celtics, with Ime Udoka possibly being suspended for the season, Rob Williams needing a new surgery, and Jaylen Brown retweeting some upsettingly terrible things. 

Welcome Back! Last episode, we gave our predictions for the 1-15 seeds in the Eastern Conference, so today we are back with our breakdown of the West. There are some big players in the West this year, with the Clippers and Nuggets hopefully back at full strength for the majority of the season. The top teams in this west this year seem very dangerous, but there are some threats towards the play-in seeds that could make a real push for home-court advantage in the playoffs. There is a lot of talent around the East this year, and there seems to be a clear division of which teams are fighting for home court advantage in the playoffs, which teams are fighting for a top spot in the play-in tournament, and which teams are looking to bottom out in favor of high draft picks. Danny Ainge has had a busy offseason. After tons of rumors surrounding Donovan Mitchell to the New York Knicks, the Jazz have agreed to trade him to Cleveland for Sexton, Agbaji, Markkanen, and many picks and pick swaps. This puts the Cavs as one of the top teams in the East, and should make them a formidable team for the foreseeable future. Chet Holmgren suffered a Lisfranc injury in his foot during a Pro-AM game, leaving him out for the entirety of this season and likely some of next season. With that, the future of the OKC Thunder seems to be a bit confusing. Tanking has been the strategy for a few years, but it's hard to see an end to The Tank coming any time soon. Danillo Gallinari has torn an ACL and will likely not play many minutes for the Celtics this year, which is a massive bummer to me and to Gallo, who grew up a Celtics fan and was very excited to play for the franchise. We are in the Quiet Hours of the NBA Offseason, which means its time to start looking forward to next season and what to expect from the teams in each conference. The Western Conference has 6-8 teams that have a legitimate shot at reaching next year's finals, and we talk about a couple of those teams and what they're bringing next season. The Timberwolves are looking significantly better following the Rudy Gobert Trade, and the Pelicans are going to be a major force with Zion back. Generational Prospect Victor Wembanyama suffered a lower body injury recently, which leads us into the conversation about how worried teams should be drafting him #1 next season. Finally, the KD trade rumors have started back up, with KD wanting to play in Boston or Philly if the trade can be made. Enjoy!

4 Weeks after Kevin Durant officially requested a trade from Brooklyn, The Celtics are in the news, offering Jaylen Brown, Derrick White, and a first round pick for Kevin Durant. Jaylen Brown has been thrown in trade rumors for years, and many Celtics fans, myself included, are worried about him leaving when he becomes a free agent. The Projected Win Totals for most NBA teams has been released, and we end this episode by giving our thoughts on which teams we'd be most likely to bet the Over or Under for. Enjoy!

The Summer League is almost finished, which means we have gotten to see what the new first-round picks have to offer in the NBA. In this episode, we break down our thoughts on the first round rookies that have played, as well as some other standouts from second-year players and second-round picks. Deandre Ayton was offered a 4yr/$133M contract from the Indiana Pacers which was immediately matched by Phoenix, meaning Ayton will remain a Sun for the foreseeable future. After the Rudy Gobert trade, it seems Danny Ainge is willing to move on from Donovan Mitchell, and the Knicks and Heat are likely candidates for him to land. Whether or not they have the assets that Ainge will want, however, has yet to be seen. Enjoy!

The NBA Offseason has been in full swing this past week. With Kevin Durant requesting a trade from Brooklyn, Phoenix seems like the betting favorites for his landing spot. The Free-Agency period started very recently, and some big changes have been made for a handful of teams. The Celtics improved some bench pieces and look to be even better going into next season. The results of the NBA Draft came out yesterday, with the Orlando Magic selecting Paolo Banchero #1 Overall. This episode, we break down each pick from the first round of this draft and give our thoughts on the selection and how that player may fit into their team. We are pretty optimistic about the players drafted this year, but there will be some question marks about how well players like Jeremy Sochan fit in their team. The top 5 of this draft is excellent, and we feel pretty confident that each player went to the right team. Enjoy!

The tiers are: Superstar, Star, Mike Conley (1 Time All-Star at best), Role Player, Roster Filler. This draft class does not seem to be as star-studded as last year's, but anything can happen.
