The defensive showing of the Golden State Warriors impressed me very much. In a game where the Celtics knew they needed to take care of the ball the most, the Warriors managed to force 22 (!) turnovers, winning them the series 4-2. Steph Curry now has his first Finals MVP, and Jayson Tatum has a stain on his legacy that he will have to work very hard to get people to forget. Both teams have interesting decisions to make this offseason, and it will be interesting to see how much money Golden State is able to pay Jordan Poole, and if they will be able to keep him around. The NCAA Championship happened yesterday between Kansas and UNC, so today we decided to talk about some upcoming rookies and some potential fits for them in the NBA. We are both early in our Draft Homework process, but we have about 15 guys that we've got our eyes on so far that we broke down today. The regular season ends on Sunday, so today we went over the way the standings are shaping up, and the struggles that the Lakers and Nets have had this season. The 2021 NBA Draft has looked very promising this year. In this episode, we review the first-round picks from the 2021 Draft, and discuss how they've played so far for their teams, and what improvements they need to make for next year.
