Many of you are aware that I've often taught the side of Finance that you'll rarely find in textbooks:  How family planning is CRITICAL to your ability to build wealth.  No matter how hard he works or how much he invests, a person who is not disciplined in family choices will find a way to be broke.

I spoke on the issue in a very candid manner this morning on Your Black World News.  You can watch the video here as I analyzed a passionate video by a man with 33 kids from multiple women.  I'm not here to judge any of this, but these conversations must be had if we are ever going to accumulate wealth in our community.

I woke up this morning thinking about when I was a younger black man.  A lot of the things that stressed me out back in the day don't matter anymore, and I've seen the world from a different point of view.    So, I thought I'd do a quick video sharing advice to young people who want to build wealth, be mentally and physically healthy and have strong and healthy relationships.  I can't say that I have a lot of regrets from when I was young, but perhaps this can help someone who is trying to figure it all out.
