#003. We discuss two topics in this episode that affect a lot of relationships. These are a phenomenon that I call an Internal Emotional Collapse, which is when one partner in the relationship becomes so flooded with negative emotion during difficult conversations with their partner, that they emotionally collapse inside. The other topic is what I call The Trap Test, which is a pattern of self-sabotage in relationships. Both of these have pretty strong roots in emotional neglect or trauma in childhood, and both can be effectively managed through good emotional communication skills.

#002: This episode is a look into the emotional lives of men and why emotional communication can be so difficult. Exploring biological differences between the sexes and the way in which men and women are socialized differently when it comes to emotional expression, you will learn about some of the different pressures that make it difficult for many men to recognize and verbalize what they are feeling.
