Hello Beautiful souls! Today I talked about why focusing on the end result can leave you dissatisfied while focusing on the journey can lead to a fulfilling life.
I talked about:
having end goals is a sneaky way that “I am not enough” shows up

changing your end goal to your purpose and removing physical end goals

noticing the lack vs noticing the abundance

not attaching your worth to the end goal

instead of having end goals collect flags of achievement

knowing the difference between vs needs and desires

what happens when you reach your goal post/end goal? you move it further

if you have “once I accomplish ‘x’ thing, then I will do ‘y’” you wont get to y.

its easier to make better decisions in the future

building your desires into your life now

creating a life of fun, pleasure, and success now instead of later

enjoying what you have now, and relishing in the present
