Hey everyone I took sometime to focus on family which is always good, so I didn't post an episode last week but I am back! I actually tried something different I dialed a close friend in over the phone his name is Vikram Deol he just launched his podcast called B-REAL. I met him a few years ago and I was looking for a job hahaha I use to read about him in luxury home magazines and say to myself I hope to meet him one day..... well now he is a close friend of mine and he shared some great stuff today!!! We talked about dealing with trauma and pain and how to let the crap surface and actually allow yourself to feel it so you can grow from it. Chicago..... where you at!!!!!! haha love that city and I also love the fact I had the beautiful opportunity to sit with someone I had hoped to meet almost 3 years ago and now it came to past! David Winston, he's the Executive Director for Bill Winston Ministries He studied Health and Science at Oral Roberts University, married to his beautiful wife Niki Winston for 10 years plus and proud father of four children! We sat and talked about a few things but the four words that stuck out to me were passions,preferences,frustrations, and fantasies and how they all play a role in the dream being realized in your life whoa what a time! I walked away from this episode with a new mindset towards doors opening and why I am where I am today! I hope this inspires you to believe!

Talk about a cool guy, Meet Jordan Steele a Emmy award Meteorologist in the great city of Seattle! I actually met him a year ago and from there we hit it off. He is such a good friend who encourages you to take risk and just try it or he say omg do it!!! All the way from the Southwest, Jordan has been all around from Phoenix to San Diego, Bend, Oregon and Austin, TX but his heart is Seattle. We sat for almost a hour and one of the things he touched on was transition... you must learn to transition in order to have true lasting success! As your life begins to change you have to be open to that change and transition with the times in your life whew so good!!!!! Take a listen and also lets laugh such a great guy!

Over the years I have had to adjust my circles of people due to the true colors come out and like the wonderful Maya Angelou said when people show you who they are BELIEVE THEM! Talk about having fun. I was in Scottsdale,AZ for business and decided to meet up with some awesome friends. Darcey Villasenor Escamilla who omg she was my former supervisor we use to laugh but then she moved for love to a new state!!!!! Yes I use to work at a desk and process claims now life has flipped. I also met for the first time a sweet soul Evita Carrazco she is an Aesthetician and make up artist but what was cool was our topic and we decided to laugh and open up. Life will sometimes produce a storm that you can't even see your way out. Its horrible and painful but once the dust settles you can begin to see clearly and build a new life again! It's been over 6 years plus since I've sat down and had a good laugh with this cool couple I know and oh did we laugh! Amar and Trena Prasad!!!!!!!! Amar who changed from eating chicken, steak, and pork to becoming a full vegan and Trena who launched her own business becoming a Esthetician/Microblading Specialist. We talked about a few things but one topic was CHANGE IS GOOD.... sometimes its hard to embrace change due to we like to be comfortable but our lives at times can be screaming for a shift to take place. I love how Amar and Trena support one another in their own changes and successfully have seen results from it. Take a listen.

What ever vision you have on the inside of you hold onto it don’t let it go! Eventually it will become your reality. Watch who’s around you surround yourself around people who are stable and you will see it all unfold. The vision is real don’t let it go!

Sometimes we don’t understand why things happen but in the end it will all be worth it. Adjustments aren’t easy but they have to be made in order to see the greatness that’s going to come out of you.

Meeting Rosemary Dai Ross was a breath of fresh air! A successful photographer who has been in the business for more that 18 years in Seattle and beyond, her mind is just beautiful. The image you see as The DRIVE PROJECT logo thats her she caught that moment!!!!!!!!! I was nervous because it had been well over 5 years since I had sat in a studio but for Rosemary its more than a snap shot, she's looking for whats behind the image. Her story is beautiful and through all the years and still wanting to know more about herself she has stayed focused on staying true to herself. Take a listen.
