OK since the age of 14 I would watch this amazing woman who made me laugh and told amazing stories on Television at 3pm in Seattle on Northwest Afternoon..... well her name is CINDI RINEHART for 24 seasons she brought so much joy and a wealth of information! Cindi omg who has so many stories to share  tells her story here on the podcast how at 35 her career began to take off. She has a met and interviewed some of your favorite celebrities as well. What really got to me in this episode was she kept saying to me Jay do what you love and everything else will fall into place. I am a firm believer of that and its simple find out what your passionate about..... that helps not just you but others around you and before you know it the doors will begin to open. I'm so thankful to anyone who says yes to coming on the podcast it means the world to me. Today I have Chef John Howie and his story is amazing! We sat in his beautiful restaurant, Seastar located in the heart of Bellevue,Wa. He told me about childhood stories to finally opening his first place and having through out his career great people or as he would say a good team that surrounded him. John also expressed how you have to see it first and believe before you actually see the manifestation of it! There were so many amazing things he talked about but one of them was how he along with others puts together a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner or ill say feast for people who are less fortunate in life every year. Happy New Year everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2019 wow can you believe it? Well baby believe it because its here and ready for us to set new goals and focus ourselves for the best year yet! I love starting the year with ok what would I like to accomplish in the next 12 months. One of those things are fitness!!!!!!!!! I sat with an amazing man named Vinny Warra he's a local right from Federal Way his story is profound. Vinny his whole childhood and beyond struggled with his weight so much so that when he got to over 240 pounds it completely made him become a person he didn't like to see at all. Today after loosing 80 plus pounds and now helping others all around set goals.. he is a Orange Theory COACH! Check this out he has also coached over 3,000 classes so the dude my God is amazing! I have fallen in love with the Bay area that being San Fran, Oakland and San Jose! So much to see and enjoy. I was at an event and I seen a guy and for some reason I felt like I knew him and of course knowing me I walked up to him and I said where have I seen you before and then it hit me..... SOCIAL MEDIA...... omg your the guy from Brew Dr Kombucha your the face for the Vanilla Oak edition and he smiled and said yes lol!!!!!!!!! For me this was  a dream come true because I drink Brew Dr everyday and I told myself one day Im going to connect and interview them and it happened! Meet Lijah Wilson a brand ambassador for Brew Dr and many other brands he talked about laying on the couch and thinking omg I have hit rock bottom and then he got the opportunity to move from Florida to California. Lijah said if it don't work the first time try again and try and try till it hits because this is your dream so just go for it!
