Guided meditations are a great way to dip your toe into the mediation pool. Meditation can take some time to master. Our mind's are so used to functioning at full speed. The average person has between 50,000-70,000 thoughts per day. It's no wonder that it can often be a struggle to quiet our minds. Guided meditation assist you on focusing your mind until you feel confident enough to continue your mediations without the support. I find that I prefer them anyway, even though I've been meditating for years. They help keep my thoughts in check while I'm meditating and I like to use them to target specific areas in my life that I'm working on. Today's guided mediating focuses on calling in your desires. So sit back, get comfortable, and let's manifest your desires together.

In this episode of The Driver's Seat Podcast, I chat about Limiting Beliefs. Simply put, these are beliefs that we learned in our childhood that prevent us from succeeding. They're deeply rooted in our subconscious. So much so that we often don't even realize we have them. Luckily, we can disarm these beliefs and continue to strive for our deepest desires. I give you multiple ways to identify and deal with your limiting beliefs so that you can better attract what you truly deserve into your life.

Manifestation forms part of the law of attraction, which is a philosophy suggesting that positive thoughts bring positive results into a person's life, while negative thoughts bring negative outcomes. Although manifestation may not be an immediate solution for all of life's challenges, it can help you learn to cultivate a more optimistic outlook on life. It also helps you stay motivated to continue working toward your goals. In this episode I share my experiences with manifesting and the exact techniques I use to call in my desires.

Do you remember the exact moment you became self-aware? It's a particularly pivotal moment in our lives, because it often shapes how we will continue to think of ourselves in the future. As we continue to grow from that moment, what other people say to us, about us, forms the opinion we make of ourselves. In this episode, I reflect on how my opinion of myself has changed. I also explain that if you have a negative opinion of yourself, it's time to change yours too. One of the first major steps you need to take in order to change you life is to change how you perceive yourself. It's time to have an honest conversation about the things we think to ourselves, about ourselves, but are too ashamed to admit out loud, so that you can step into your power and live as your most authentic self.
