Do you remember the exact moment you became self-aware? It's a particularly pivotal moment in our lives, because it often shapes how we will continue to think of ourselves in the future. As we continue to grow from that moment, what other people say to us, about us, forms the opinion we make of ourselves. In this episode, I reflect on how my opinion of myself has changed. One of the first major steps you need to take in order to change you life is to change how you perceive yourself. It's time to have an honest conversation about the things we think to ourselves, about ourselves, but are too ashamed to admit out loud, so that you can step into your power and live as your most authentic self.
