Welcome to 2022!
This week’s episode consists of latest NHL headlines, some upcoming UFC hype and most of all each organization’s New Year’s resolutions. Mind you, these are self made promises on behalf of each organisation, so once the Leafs get eliminated on the first round - in addition, to chirping them online you might as well leave me a dm, telling me how I once again managed to jinx another team’s season with my takes.
Pretty comprehensive episode as a whole and before you jump into the action, be sure to leave a rating on this podcast - it will help me out tremendously, so big thanks already in advance.
That’s all from me - so please enjoy with caution.

Cancelled - well, that won't stop me. I had this episode ready to go before the whole circus was closed and if you know me, I won't miss the chance to talk about the brightest young talents showcasing their skills in the best junior hockey tournament in the world. Extremely disappointed about the decision, but now we just have to live with it. Same thing with the Olympic participation, so those two topics will be on display today as I also give my analysis on the top prospects. Quick touch up on the UFC 269 events as well, but for the most part - we will focus on the current hockey shenanigans.

I let the democracy to speak, so here it is. Hope you had wonderful Christmas holiday and will have even better year 2022. Pop the champagne, fire up some rockets and let's switch to the next chapter together - LET'S GO!

Oh BABY! Another cherry popped and this time, you get to know - with whom. Despite probably anticipating a guest from the hockey scene, this guest kicks balls for a livin' , but knows something about hockey too. My good friend Ilmari Niskanen joins us from Scotland as we discuss topics surrounding his own career, overall differences in top European leagues, training, his love for the New Jersey Devils and lastly he gets to be the first guinea-pig on my stable guest episode questionare, so you have to stay until the end to find out, how he eventually handles it.

Very different episode from the previous ones and the quality unfortunately isn't quite up to normal standards because of the software we were using, but don't get scared at the start - it  gets better after the first few minutes. I didn't plan on having this one-sided discussion, but the guy is pure bread Savonian and could speak by himself for days on end, even if no-one was there to listen. So, at least you get to hear what he has to say and let me tell you -  he used his turns to his advantage. So, if you are already tired of my voice, this episode should suit you quite nicely.

Lots of laughter and precise analysis upcoming, so light up a candle and make yourself comfortable, 'cause your are going to enjoy this one!

I will serve you a short but real introduction to my past, tell you what pushed me to create this podcast as well as let you know what my thrives me to do this each week. In addition, the big topic this week is going to be the mental side of sports and I will dig a bit deeper, to understand how this aspect has control over the everyday life, without even realising it. AND before you stat nerds come at me for leaving out Jesper Wallstedt - here are his stats which I forgot to mention: 13GP,  .919S% & 1.80 GAA, so slight increase in his numbers so far and still a STUD.

What do we have here? Chimaev show breakdown, Buffalo's miserable trade saga, few big contract news and to top it all off - a mystery main topic for this episode.
Hopefully you enjoyed the UFC 267, because this weekend's circus is going to be just as entertaining as Usman and Covington clash for the welterweight title.
