Here we go again or rather, here we continue where we left off. Can you hear the coherency dipping? Surprisingly still intact, here are the remaining Tarantino movies as discussed by the Brain Trust that is Jason, Luis and Myself. UPDATE: I mentioned a girl dying in HS due to negligence. From easy research I discovered that she actually didn't die! She dealt with issues from a stroke due to the negligence of the staff, but I just wanted to clear up that she is in fact alive!

I have been friends with Luis and Jason going on  fifteen plus years now.  One of the many interests we've shared over this time aside from beer beer and more beer is our love for Quentin Tarantino flicks. On MLK Day, being that we were all off, naturally we grabbed some beers, took some Delta-8 edibles, and let our love for Tarantino flow on our podcast microphones. ****!!SPOILER WARNING FOR SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME!!****

After many moments of anticipation, Luis has finally joined the Dubfeat family. Many attempts have been made before, but it finally happened! We did our best to dive into Spider-Man: No Way Home, but we also meandered around to our travels to Vegas, California, and also some of our great times spent in Jamaica High School. 

We set out to break down a movie that was dear to our hearts, but due to our phenomenal friendship, we wandered into some great reminiscent times. Mostly for moral support, Jason chimes in here and there, demonstrating his lack of love for nerd culture, but his love for Tobey's Spider-Man series.

Tom and I planned to sit down and watch this farce together but that didn’t pan out as planned. Still, our thoughts on it weren’t too far from each other’s; it was a stinker and it might’ve actually been worse than our expectations (those expectations were already very low). Listen here for my gripe on the film and the franchise as well as me reading through Tom’s issues with the terrible Halloween Kills.

You can stream Halloween Kills on Peacock or see it in the theater, BUT I would recommend against that.

Folks, welcome to the very first episode of The Hunt for the Best Doughnut in NYC. As per our 0.5 test run episode, we realized it was time to document the trials and tribulations of our doughnut outings throughout NYC. Ashlyn and I sat down to dissect many of the doughnut spots that we've been going to over the past year and change. As Tom and I do many o' times on these podcasts, we stumble upon our feverish purchases from the website Amazon. We ponder the why billionaire Jeffrey Bezos has decided to go to space, which led to a rabbit hole of good & bad purchases, Amazon history, and flubs/successes in our long-time collection addiction. The rabbit hole continues, as we explore some lore and chaos behind the scenes of such classics as The Passion of the Christ and Apocalypse Now,  both  of which have brilliant documentaries behind them. My great friend Ashlyn and I have talked about documenting our dissection of the many doughnut shops that we frequent throughout NYC for quite some time. This is a first run of that experience in real-time, with literal munches on doughnuts as well as a lot of background noises happening during this recording. The recording is a little crude, as we decided to do an impromptu recording on our phones sans podcast equipment. This is more of a test of what's to come for the next one, but it works as peak into our doughnut excursions. Enjoy this one and we hope to have you back for the next one.  Here we sat down with the six, COUNT IT SIX, doughnuts from Darn Doughnuts from Bay Ridge ( we only made it through four of them). We set ourselves with the task of attempting to taste and consume all, with some success.

NOTE: Since it was our first test run, technical difficulties ensued during the process, which was caught in the audio. Some has been edited out, but some has been kept in for the sake of dialogue. The subsequent doughnut podcasts will be more in a recap style of the places we've been to as well as us diving into the many notions that make up a good doughnut and doughnut spot. Supplemental video of this experience to follow hopefully soon enough, depending on technical difficulties.

After a hiatus in 2021 due to work, COVID, childbirths, etc, Damien and Tom are FINALLY reunited to do what they do best; talk some shit.
