Decoding Couples originated from two relationship experts (and therapists) who found themselves needing an in-between the stuffy relationship self-help tools and full-blown couples therapy. They felt overwhelmed and alone, but that didn't change the fact that they still needed change and tools that actually worked.
They quickly realized they weren't the only ones who could benefit from this in-between space for relationships...especially during COVID when so many relationships were struggling - so Decoding Couples was born! What started out as a small Youtube Channel and modest Instagram following a year later has turned the relationship self-help space upside down with relatable reels, tools that actually work, and a tight-knit community.
