Kaitlin Is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Women’s Empowerment Coach, AnxietyExpert, Author, and (as she says) a bit of a hot mess mama/human!
Kaitlin lives in Petaluma (just north of San Francisco) where she runs a private practice that
specializes in providing innovative and evidence-based treatment for Anxiety Disorders,
Depression, OCD, and Trauma, and helping people change the thinking and behavioral patterns that are keeping them “stuck” from living well.
Kaitlin recently launched a coaching practice, separate from her therapy practice, so she can
help modern women (who don’t necessarily have a mental health diagnosis) do the work of
becoming a little less of a hot mess by getting out of their heads and into their lives! Kaitlin has just completed her first book called, “A little less of a hot mess…The Modern Mom’s Guide to Growth and Evolution,” and it will launch in early 2022!
She is on a mission to empower people to move towards a life that is led by their values (the
stuff they care about the most) instead of their limiting beliefs and fear of the unknown.
Kaitlin believes that mental health diagnosis or not, life is both uncertain AND challenging and we all will struggle with limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and worry at some point in our life –
however, we don’t have to let the stories we tell ourselves, or our past experiences control out
life’s direction! Kaitlin believes we are all capable of “grabbing the wheel” and leading ourselves (imperfectly) towards our most joyful and meaningful lives!
You can follow Kaitlin on Instagram @wellnotesbykaitlin.com and find out about her online
coaching and workshop offerings on her website www.wellnotesbykaitlin.com! You can also
listen to her podcast, called “A little Less of A Hot Mess,” where she shares real conversations
with experts in the field of psychology and wellness and hosts mini-coaching sessions to
empower everyday women to find their version of more!
