We’re back with "PICTURE THIS," an exploration through every Best Picture nominee ever. This month, hosts Dylan Randazzo and Chadwick Webb are looking at the nominees of 1982 (for the 1983 ceremony). The slate of movies are "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial," "Gandhi," "Missing," "Tootsie," and "The Verdict." We are so lucky to be joined by an esteemed guest, Kerri Webb (Welcome to Primetime) who has joined us to talk about an important movie in her and her family's lives.
We break down each nominee individually, discuss some other notable 1982 movies, and in the end, we will rank the nominees ourselves to determine OUR Best Picture winner of 1982. We will also award prizes to our best actors and actresses of these five films.
Also, make sure to stick around for the end, where we will announce NEXT month's year in Oscars history.
