Researchers think that SAD is caused by changes in the level of exposure to sunlight. Today I am going to be talking about the symptoms of SAD, affects SAD has had on my life, and advice if you are going through SAD.

Today I am going to be sharing some hot takes of mine. A hot take is an opinion that someone might have that isn't always popular. Some of the hot takes I have in this episode are popular ones but there are some new ones as well.

Today we are going to be talking about anxiety. In this episode I will be talking about my personal experience with anxiety and giving advice if you are struggling.
