Today we are going to be talking about body image.

I figured this was the perfect time to discuss this topic considering it’s getting hotter in a lot of places. Which means its swimsuit season, and if ur anything like me that’s when my body image is typically the worst. This is a very broad topic but for this episode I’m going to be discussing discussing statistics, the cause of body image issues, my personal experiences and helpful things to know if you are struggling with your body image.

Today I’m going to be given different scenarios about guys and letting you know what my opinions are.

Today we will be talking about draining relationships. Throughout the episode I refer to the relationships that can be draining as friendships, but any kind of relationship can be draining for someone.
