(Elaine is the marvelous Elaine Williams.)Sheridan Botros has performed stand up comedy all over New York City and the Bay Area: Gotham Comedy Club, Comix, New York Comedy Club and Broadway Comedy Club.  She was a finalist at the Bud Lite Ladies of Laughter Competition and was invited to perform at the Toyota Comedy Festival and the Underground Comedy Festival.  She was featured at the Broadway Comedy Club New Year's Eve show in Times Square.  Sheridan's Comedy has been described as smart, witty and acerbic.  She moved to the San Francisco Bay area in 2012. She has performed at clubs in the area and opened for Robin Williams at The ThrockMorton in Mill Valley, CA.  She currently has several projects underway.

Sheridan grew up with an Egyptian father and a feminist mother in a small Texas town.  Her parents taught her many important life lessons such as you can stretch vodka by adding water and that telling the truth was for losers.  Sheridan also learned that life wasn't fair in West Texas when her blue eyed sister got all of the attention and Sheridan, with her dark brown eyes, black curly hair, and a no-sunblock tan, was frequently asked questions like "are your ears pierced for religious reasons?".  Sheridan was smart and witty but knew that it would never pay off in Texas when her sixth grade teacher named Rulene told her that her name was stupid.

Sheridan first tried her hand at comedy when a friend's husband dared her to do a mic. There was no turning back after that. The husband has since been released from his role as spouse and is selling Amway at the bottom of the pyramid.

I am a curious creature who loves to discover, learn, share and bring people together while having fun. The main theme in my life is maximizing everything (and I mean everything). Banks,  is hosting a few of her talented NC friends, as part of the non-partisan voter registration event in Durham and Charlotte, " WE WILL NC" Lauren was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina, she attended Howard University, where Al Freeman, Jr., served two years as President of The Howard Players, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BFA in Theatre Arts Acting.  Lauren received a Masters in Acting from the Yale School of Drama.
