In Acts 4 when believers prayed for boldness in the face of persecution by authorities and the whole place shook as God filled them with the Holy Spirit. This has happened in church history as recently last 70 years ago in Scotland. What is needed is prevailing prayer that fills the bowls of heaven until God comes down.
