At just 16 years old, Rabbi Judy faced the tragic loss of her father to gun violence in her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. In the years that followed, she explored various healing modalities, from somatic dance and dream work to meditation, sound healing, and Kabbalah. Initially establishing herself as a celebrity fitness instructor in Los Angeles, Judy helped others navigate complex emotions through her multidisciplinary approach. Judy went on to be ordained as a Rabbi and spent 16 years in seminary, but her message isn't explicitly about Judaism, and she is not seeking to convert your listeners. Rather, her intention is to guide growth-minded individuals to accelerate their personal healing through a blend of contemporary wellness and personalized faith - whatever that word means to them.
