 Michelle is a nutritionist and personal trainer specialising in menstrual cycles , hormones and fertility. She is also a cycle educator teaching women about how their cycle actually is a reflection of their health and how they can take back control of their health and hormones by understanding their individual root cause.

We discuss the effect hormones has on us physically, mentally and of course how it affects our Skin.
