More so than ever before our society is struggling with their identity and self image. On todays show Jason interviews Meliessa Kegler about her ongoing fight with her eating disorder. 

Jon is a 24 year Veteran of the Navy, serving 17 of those years as a Navy Seal. Jon was apart of Operation Red Wings the mission involving Marcus Luttrell later made into the major motion picture "Lone Survivor" staring Mark Wahlberg. Jon now works at Veterans PATH, a non-profit that enables returning veterans to rediscover meaning, purpose, and joy in their lives through mindfulness, meditation and a safe community.
