In today's episode I discuss navigating the somatic experience of resentment.

I present the idea that perhaps resentment is the digestible form of thwarted fight responses that had be be split off during experiences of trauma or abuse.

I present imagining resentment as a symptom that pushes against our defensives that have unconsciously been put in place to protect from the overwhelming intensity of deep anger or rage that once had to be dissociated.
