In this episode, Emmerance explains the foundation of Self-Love, which she believes is self-image. Throughout the episode, Emmerance explains self-image in her own words, how we get it, and how we can change it. She encourages you to have a positive self-image because, without it, we are living a lie. When we truly love ourselves, think positively of ourselves, see ourselves in a positive light, and do everything to get ourselves better. All of this is because we see ourselves as an important person who deserves to have and be anything.

In this episode, Emmerance has a special guest, Tosin Olusoga, who shares how it's essential to live authentically. Tosin and Emmerance both identify as introverts, so this conversation is between two introverts sharing their journey. One thing to remember from this conversation is that, as an introvert, you must learn how to live authentically. We live in a society that promotes extroverted behaviour, which might be intimidating for introverts trying to get accepted in society.
Tosin Olusoga is an Introvert Empowerment Speaker and Coach who is the Host of the Introverts We Thrive Podcast, a show dedicated to empowering Introverts to become their best selves by building their confidence, stepping into their purpose and thrive in the process without having to be someone they are not. As the creator of the Thriving Introvertly brand, she believes that being an Introvert is not something that limits us and does not keep us back from achieving great things. But instead, it actually empowers and enables us to win in life and be all we were created to be. As a proud introvert herself, she is passionate about helping other introverts embrace their higher calling, finally step into their purpose and shine in their own light.
