He is a film maker and historian. Kervyn is the Associate Producer, Historian and Co-writer of the movie “Maestro-Documentary”; a film which explores the history, the roots, and the spirit of New York House Music. He is presently a producer of another film “Hands To The Sky” documentary that turns a lens on deejays, musicians, fans and feelings inspired by outdoor soulful and deep house music dance parties. As an activist he initiated and created the “HOUSE COALITION” float that participates and is the main staple of the NYC DANCE PARADE. Starting in 2009 he engineered and created the now wildly successful “Official Paradise Garage Reunion” that draws 2000 devotees every year to hear the 2 remaining residents of the fabled club. 

The challenge of never knowing what to expect from a crowd is what drives Kervyn Mark to consistently provide a solid groove and more importantly a spiritual musical experience. And the world is unanimous: Kervyn has been booked for high profile events presented by Body and Soul NY (5 times) Roots NYC, FUNKBOX NYC, 718 Sessions, PS 1, Festivus, Soul Summit @ Fort Greene, Sundae Sermon, and the list goes on. He has played at events attended and/or hosted by Madonna. Yet Kervyn maintains his street credibility by jacking bodies both at high society gigs for places like Brooklyn Terrace(NYC) and at underground grass roots parties like Roots NYC and Funkbox. He has shared the deck with heavyweights and legends DJs Francois K, Danny Krivit, Osunlade, The Martinez Brothers, Louie Vega, Kenny Dope’ Gonzalez, Tony Humphries, Rich Medina, DJ Spinna and veritable who’s who. 

In May 2012 Kervyn started The Real Summer Music Series at the Coney Island Boardwalk; a FREE family friendly event series, bringing New York City's' increasingly diverse community together to celebrate it's rich historical legacy. Its purpose is to promote music,culture, art, and commerce. Here you find an eclectic range of musicians, DJ's, performance & visual artists, with Coney Island as its backdrop.

Being an instrumental part of the dance music scene in Baltimore initially starting at record stores, Thommy has been involved in Baltimore’s various music genres that have kept Baltimoreans enthralled. Pioneering the way in Italian music wave with its early introduction and then being the first outside of Chicago to bring House into popularity gave Baltimore a music history that has founded many of the sounds being produced out of the city. In Music Liberated Record Store and then Metro Stereo Record Store, and then 12 Inch Dance Records (DC and Baltimore) he created the new salesman field of DJ salesman. Not only did he sell the music to the customers but skillfully demonstrated how and what was worthy of attention in skills and selection. This new category of salesman caught on and since then has yet to be redefined. 

Thommy was also one of the first to create and distribute his own dance record label (Thomix Records), opening the eyes of fellow Baltimoreans to the possibilities of independent promotion and distribution and inspiring other local producers. With his label he crossed the country and the world, licensing his productions in several countries around the world and giving Baltimore a reputation for dance music. His first label release, “Get the Hole” w/ DJ Spen & Beatmaster Mozes is still a classic and is still widely sought after although it was pressed from a cassette master! After the success of the first release he went on to do others and thus the Baltimorean independent label scene was born. 

While with the original production company, Thommy and the boys received several awards, gold records and even a Grammy nomination. Maintaining several major labels at once (WEA, CBS, and MCA) and multiple indie labels, the boys broke the mold for the DJ/Producer. Projects such as Ultra Nate’ and Crystal Waters have crossed the ocean and still to this day have progressed and shown the world that they are icons in her own right. As a DJ he has played at almost all the Baltimore clubs at one time or another. He’s known for his relentless energy and his passion for dance music and creativity. From legendary Baltimore/DC clubs such as Odells, Fantasy, Last Stop, Clubhouse, Underground, Paradox, and many too numerous to mention he is known for his energy and his skills to please the dancer. 

A dancer himself, he produces, remixes, writes and plays what he likes to hear and feel…dance music! Not just a DJ, not just a producer, not just a writer, Thommy consistently feeds the music scene with effervescence and passion. Many of his past works will make it hard to out do, but to know him is to know that you wouldn’t bet against it. The list of songs that he has either produced, written or inspired are endless and with Quantize Recordings is continually expanding the love of music. Along side his good friend and partner since the very beginning, DJ Spen and he have a mission in music, a bond in friendship and a shared spirituality that encompasses all that they do and love.

Paul Scott started as a DJ in his early teens. Making the transition to DJing was quite simple for Paul. By the age of 5, his interest in music was quite evident to his parents. They showered him with musical instruments. As a teenager, he joined a local mobile DJ group called Gentlemen of Leisure Disco (G.O.L.D. Productions).  Paul’s knowledge of music production and instrumentation led him to perform with local bands. 

After Paul left the stage performing with his band at the nightclub, he went to the dance club to study the top DJs in Newark and learned how to move the crowd. Upon entering college Paul hooked up with a new DJ friend and formed a disco duo named Sounds in Motion Disco. They toured the Northern and Central Jersey college campuses, rocking crowds of hundreds consistently.   Paul’s deep desire for music and creativity drove him into music production during his college years. The doors of opportunity swung open wider in the 90s with the formation of Brothers of Peace Entertainment. 

With close to 100 releases in 10 years, the opportunity to DJ in more respected establishments was accomplished.  Paul was a resident DJ at Club Sensations in Newark for several years.  His house music releases gained him popularity and landed him in Europe for studio work and DJ gigs abroad. Several DJ tours include London, Amsterdam, Sardinia, and Prussia Italy. Currently, Paul work as a mobile DJ with his own set he travels with. 

Although he has a love for today’s house music, his other specialties are Old School Club Classics, R&B, Top 40, and Disco.” I have a passion for the R&B, and Disco music from the ’70s, 80’s, and 90s.   From DJing at local establishments to playing in major clubs, Paul keeps busy using his God-given talent to please thousands of satisfied partygoers.

ECHT (pronounced “ESHT”) Coffeehouse and Bistro, is a Black-owned 4th wave coffeehouse, microdistillery and bistro, bringing premium single-origin coffee, teas and locally-sourced food offerings to Mt. Oliver Borough. ECHT Coffeehouse and Bistro is the brain-child of owners James Tyler (retired UPMC Critical Care, BSN) and husband, Dr. Jörg Gerlach (University of Pittsburgh medical research investigator). After the pair visited a coffeehouses in Berlin, Germany, Tyler wanted to bring the experience of European-style coffeehouses back home to America with his own touch. For both Tyler and Gerlach ECHT is a love letter to Mt. Oliver Borough and the City of Pittsburgh.   Visiting ECHT Coffeehouse, patrons will see, taste and experience Tyler’s vision by way of ECHT’s food menu, interior design details and coffee offerings. 

“Écht” – a German word meaning “substantial; authentic; genuine”, is the standard by which ECHT Coffeehouse operates.  ECHT Coffeehouse currently roasts and serves coffee from the Sidama and Yirgacheffe regions of Ethiopia; the bedrock and origin of coffee. ECHT Coffeehouse’s fluid-bed roaster, Mavam espresso machine, and Fetco extractor, are some of the centerpieces of their espresso and coffee making.  Tyler and ECHT have rotating offerings like the special con panna (espresso, cacao powder, confectioners sugar, dried spices and botanicals and house-made whipped cream) and the espresso romano, help the single-origin beans shine. 

The food offerings of ECHT Coffeehouse and Bistro are done in partnership between owner and epicure Tyler and Chef Tevin James. ECHT serves dishes derived from Tyler’s world travels and life experiences and the talents of Chef James’ flavor, plating and textural . With emphasis on seasonality and local-sourcing, dishes like the braised greens and grits (with optional bacon lardons and cashew creme) and savory phyllo crinkle (egg, mushroom, cheese and thyme) showcase ECHT Coffeehouse’s dedication to quality and delicious comfort foods.

Shane West is a Certified Personal Trainer and Life & Transformation Specialist who is passionate about fitness and motivating others. A New Jersey native, Shane specializes in personal fitness, strength and sports conditioning, basketball skill training, and motivational speaking; and enjoys working with trainees in both individual and group settings. He launched West Point Training to help people reach their full fitness and overall potential. He is part trainer, part motivational speaker who combines both skills to help people grow in every aspect of life.

Shane was a standout student-athlete in high school and was nationally ranked with offers to play basketball for several Division I programs, but poor decisions cost him this opportunity. Tim Lewis (born December 18, 1961) is an American football coach and former player who is the defensive coordinator for the Arlington Renegades of the XFL. He played college football for the University of Pittsburgh and was drafted by the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL) in the first round of the 1983 NFL Draft.

Following a neck injury that cut his playing career short after four seasons, Lewis began serving as a coach in the collegiate and professional levels and obtained his first head coaching position with the Birmingham Iron of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) in 2019. He also served as the defensive backs coach for the St. Louis BattleHawks of the XFL until the league folded in 2020.

My name is Terri Harper.  I am a proud Trenton native and graduate of Notre Dame High School.  I am a teacher, mother and a woman of faith. My business was born out of my need for great honey during the pandemic, but it quickly turned into something more. The farmer’s market that I would visit to buy my honey was closed.  So I found the bee farm and began to purchase the honey directly from the bee farm.  I said “if I’m in search of raw honey I’m sure other people are too”.  On my second trip to the farm, I bought $100.00 worth of honey to subsequently invest into my emerging business.   I came home and made a Facebook video describing my new business.  At the time I referred to it as “this new thing I’m doing”.  Within one day, I had so many friends willing to support my new venture.  

By 2021, I had begun to become a brand and “Terri the Honey Lady” was born. I had gotten a logo design and labels with my name. At this point I said to myself “ this is something BIG”.   My customer base grew and people started to want to see more of my videos advertising my product.  I call this phase our “baby phase” where just like with your children you look back on photos with nostalgia.  I never considered myself an entrepreneur.  I had entertained the usual side businesses like Mary Kay representative and Scentsy; a candle melts company but nothing really stuck with me.  This was so different.  I wanted to learn more about honey and it’s benefits and I enjoyed it!  My beloved father was an entrepreneur. He had a well-known bar called “Charlie’s tavern” in Trenton.  When I was younger, people would stop us and greet him with such respect and love.  They had good times in his bar.   I inherited my entrepreneurial spirit from him and learned the power of relationships in business.

Author Trisha Williams is the CEO of IreeSky Fiction & Editing who specializes in editing raw manuscripts into works of art. She has edited over 175 self-published books for other authors. Trisha’s own fiction titles address avoiding common urban pitfalls, such as gang recruitment, drugs, self-esteem, runaways, peer rejection, promiscuity, bullying, leadership, stalking, and adultery.
