  • How Federal Prosecutors Shut Down New Mexico’s Epstein Probe (3/2/26)
In 2019, federal prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York asked New Mexico authorities to stop their own sex trafficking investigation into Jeffrey Epstein’s sprawling Zorro Ranch, located south of Santa Fe, in an effort to avoid potential conflicts with the federal case and the risk of “inconsistent statements” from parallel investigations. At the time, then-New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas agreed to pause the state probe and share investigative materials — including police reports and witness interviews — with the federal team, with the understanding that federal prosecutors would provide information back that could support potential state charges. However, Balderas has since said he is unaware of any substantial information ever being shared back to New Mexico that could have led to prosecutions at the state level before Epstein’s death in August 2019.

The now-released correspondence shows that the federal request effectively “gutted” New Mexico’s investigation, and Balderas has described the cooperation as essentially one-way. Records also reveal he urged federal authorities to seize the ranch and offered assistance to execute warrants, but received no response, and none of the material New Mexico sent appears among the files released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. In light of the newly disclosed DOJ records, current New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez has announced that the state is reopening its investigation into alleged trafficking at Zorro Ranch, and a bipartisan legislative truth-finding commission has been formed to subpoena witnesses and gather testimony as part of renewed scrutiny of activities tied to Epstein’s former property.

  • The Epstein Doctor Network: How Medical Professionals Became Enablers (3/2/26)
Newly released U.S. Justice Department records expose how a circle of well-credentialed, “elite” physicians provided bespoke medical care to Jeffrey Epstein — and to some of the young women he referred to as his “girls” — in ways that crossed clear ethical boundaries. Rather than merely offering concierge services to a wealthy patient, some doctors appeared to tailor treatments to Epstein’s preferences, kept him informed of women’s medical details, and even performed procedures outside appropriate medical settings. One particularly striking example involved a plastic surgeon stitching a woman’s deep head wound with 35 sutures on Epstein’s private island dining table instead of in a proper emergency room, bypassing standard hospital safeguards designed to protect patient health.

The documents — which include emails, appointment logs, and lab reports — show an intersection of medicine, power, and money that raises serious questions about patient privacy, professional norms, and the influence wielded by Epstein long before his 2019 death. Medical ethicists cited in related reporting argue that the actions revealed suggest more than just high-end care; they reflect a system where medical professionals may have subordinated ethical duties to the wishes of a powerful and controversial figure, potentially compromising the autonomy and well-being of vulnerable women in his orbit.

  • Nadia Marcinkova Revealed as Federal Cooperator in Epstein Investigation (3/2/26)
Former Slovak model-turned-pilot Nadia Marcinko (also known as Nadia Marcinkova) — who once worked as a pilot on Jeffrey Epstein’s private jet, the Lolita Express, and was named as a potential co-conspirator in Epstein’s controversial 2008 non-prosecution deal — cooperated extensively with U.S. federal investigators between 2018 and 2022 in hopes of securing assistance with her immigration status. Newly released Department of Justice files show that Marcinko provided information to prosecutors about both Epstein and his onetime associate Ghislaine Maxwell after her investor visa expired and her ability to stay in the U.S. was in jeopardy. Her attorneys argued she was a victim of coercive circumstances, saying the FBI recognized she had been “recruited, harbored and obtained” by Epstein for a coercive sexual relationship and feared retaliation if deported back to Slovakia.

Emails reviewed by The Post depict a deeply manipulative and complex relationship where Marcinko was brought into Epstein’s circle in the early 2000s and later became a pilot for his aircraft, though she was never charged with any crime. Some accusers have alleged she participated in abuse, including recruiting young girls, but despite being referenced in legal documents as a co-conspirator in 2008, she has never faced prosecution.

  • Mega Edition: My Interviews With Maria Farmer (3/2/26)
Maria Farmer is an American visual artist who rose to public attention not for her artwork initially, but for being among the first whistleblowers to alert authorities about Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. In 1996, while working for Epstein and Maxwell in New York, she was allegedly sexually assaulted by both. She went on to submit what is recognized as the first criminal complaint to the New York City Police Department and the FBI—a warning that would unfortunately go unheeded for years.

Over the years Farmer has reemerged as a powerful advocate for survivors of Epstein’s exploitation. She filed an affidavit in federal court in 2019 supporting Virginia Giuffre’s defamation lawsuit, and in 2025, she sued the federal government for failing to act on her decades-old report. She has also publicly recounted a disturbing 1995 encounter with Donald Trump in Epstein’s Manhattan office, which she urged investigators to include in their probe of Epstein’s social circle.

In this episode, we’re going back to April of 2022 for a conversation that’s as raw and revealing now as it was then—my interview with Maria Farmer. At the time, Maria was one of the only survivors publicly speaking out against the full machinery that protected Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. She didn’t just name names—she challenged institutions, exposed failures, and pulled the curtain back on a cover-up that reached into finance, intelligence, and politics. This interview captures Maria at her most unfiltered, recounting her experiences, her warnings to the FBI that were ignored, and her insight into how deep the rot really goes.

  • Mega Edition: Inside Epstein’s Earliest Florida Victim Account (3/2/26)
In this latest edition of The Epstein Files Unsealed we get a look at the sworn statement and recorded interviews of a teenage girl who became entangled in Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking operation after being recruited by another minor, identified in the records as “Haley.” The girl initially described being told she was simply going along to collect money and go shopping, with no clear explanation of what would occur. She recounted being taken to Epstein’s Palm Beach home, passing through security, and being left alone upstairs with Epstein after Haley remained downstairs. Under pressure and confusion, she was instructed to undress and give Epstein a massage, during which he masturbated and made sexually explicit comments. She was then paid $300 and sent away, with Epstein acting casually afterward and encouraging her to return. The girl’s testimony shows she did not understand the full nature of what was expected of her until she was already isolated and in the situation, a pattern consistent with grooming and coercion rather than informed consent.

  • Mega Edition: Jane Doe And Her 2007 Epstein Grand Jury Deposition In Florida (3/1/26)
The April 24, 2007 testimony before Federal Grand Jury 07-103 in West Palm Beach was part of Operation Leap Year, the federal investigation into Jeffrey Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation. The proceedings took place inside the U.S. Courthouse and reflected a moment when federal prosecutors were actively laying out evidence, witness testimony, and investigative findings related to Epstein’s alleged sexual exploitation of underage girls. This phase of the grand jury process focused on establishing patterns of conduct, corroborating victim statements, and clarifying the scope of Epstein’s activities, including how victims were recruited, transported, and compensated. Testimony presented during this session was aimed at helping jurors understand the systematic nature of the abuse rather than isolated incidents, reinforcing the argument that Epstein’s conduct met federal thresholds for serious criminal charges.

In this episode, we begin digging into the deposition of one of the young women who accused Jeffrey Epstein, shifting the focus away from legal maneuvering and back onto the human cost at the center of this case. Her sworn testimony offers a chilling, first-person account of how she was recruited, what she was told, and what she experienced inside Epstein’s world, filling in details that never fully surfaced in public at the time. The deposition strips away euphemisms and defenses, replacing them with a raw narrative that shows how methodical and normalized the abuse became from the victim’s perspective. As we walk through her words, it becomes clear how closely her account aligns with others, reinforcing that these were not isolated claims but part of a broader, deeply entrenched pattern that federal investigators were already aware of in 2007.

  • Jeffrey Epstein Survivor Marina Lacerda Speaks Out For The First Time
Marina Lacerda, now 37, revealed that she was first approached by Epstein in 2002 when she was just 14, under the pretext of providing massage services, which led to years of sexual abuse in his New York residence. She recounted horrifying details of Epstein’s home operating like a "revolving door," hosting up to 5–10 women per day. After being contacted originally by investigators in 2008—only for Epstein to secure a secret non-prosecution agreement that prevented her from testifying before a grand jury—she was approached again over a decade later, and her testimony ultimately became pivotal in the 2019 sex-trafficking charges against him .

Lacerda passionately called for transparency by urging the Trump administration to release all files related to Epstein’s crimes—not only for the sake of the victims but also for the American public. She emphasized that access to her records would help her—and others—begin to heal, acting as a broader demand for public accountability and truth. Her plea aligns with a broader bipartisan congressional push, led by Representatives Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie, to force the Justice Department to disclose Epstein‑related documents, despite claims that no "client list" exists.

  • Haley Robson And Courtney Wild Call For Accountability In The Financial Sector
In their letter, Haley Robson and Courtney Wild lay out a blunt indictment of the financial institutions that enabled Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal empire to function for decades. They argue that Epstein’s abuse operation was not sustained by secrecy alone, but by banks and financial professionals who ignored glaring red flags, processed suspicious transactions, and continued doing business with him long after his criminal conduct was well known. The letter emphasizes that Epstein’s wealth, mobility, and access to victims were directly tied to the services provided by major financial players who treated him as a valuable client rather than a known sex offender. Robson and Wild make clear that without this financial infrastructure, Epstein’s trafficking network could not have operated at the scale or duration that it did.

The letter also rejects the idea that civil settlements or regulatory fines amount to real accountability. Robson and Wild demand consequences that go beyond monetary penalties absorbed as the cost of doing business, calling instead for transparency, individual responsibility, and meaningful reform within the financial sector. They stress that survivors are not seeking symbolic gestures or carefully worded apologies, but an honest reckoning with how institutional greed and willful blindness helped shield Epstein from scrutiny. By framing the issue as systemic rather than incidental, the letter challenges regulators, prosecutors, and the public to confront the uncomfortable reality that Epstein’s crimes were not just enabled by people, but by institutions that still have not fully answered for their role.

  • Ghislaine Maxwell And Her Less Than Solid Relationship With The Truth
Ghislaine Maxwell was charged with two counts of perjury after federal prosecutors alleged she blatantly lied under oath during sworn depositions in 2016 tied to civil litigation brought by one of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims. In those depositions, Maxwell denied recruiting underage girls, denied facilitating sexual encounters, and denied any meaningful knowledge of Epstein’s abuse of minors. Prosecutors later argued those denials were not misunderstandings or memory lapses but deliberate falsehoods designed to obstruct justice and protect herself from mounting legal exposure. The perjury charges reflected the government’s position that Maxwell was willing to lie under oath to preserve her status, reputation, and freedom, even as evidence accumulated showing her deep involvement in Epstein’s trafficking operation.

Although Maxwell was ultimately convicted in 2021 on multiple sex-trafficking conspiracy counts, the perjury charges were later dismissed on procedural grounds related to prior non-prosecution agreements tied to Epstein’s earlier plea deal. That dismissal did not amount to a finding that she had told the truth; rather, it stemmed from technical legal arguments about charging authority. The underlying allegations remained stark: that Maxwell repeatedly denied obvious facts, contradicted documentary evidence, and attempted to distance herself from conduct that jurors later concluded she helped orchestrate. The perjury counts underscored what prosecutors portrayed as a consistent pattern — when confronted under oath, Maxwell did not correct the record but doubled down, reinforcing a reputation for evasiveness and calculated dishonesty in the face of overwhelming evidence.

  • Jes Staley Complains About Being Railroaded By The Epstein Allegations
Jes Staley has repeatedly argued that he was unfairly railroaded by his association with Jeffrey Epstein, portraying himself as collateral damage in a scandal he claims was exaggerated and mischaracterized. In public statements and court filings, Jes Staley has insisted that his relationship with Epstein was overstated, that he had no knowledge of Epstein’s criminal conduct, and that the fallout cost him his career and reputation unjustly. Staley has framed the allegations as a narrative pile-on—suggesting that regulators, banks, and the media needed a single, convenient figure to absorb blame once Epstein’s crimes became impossible to ignore.

Those denials, however, collapse under the weight of the documented facts. Emails, travel records, and testimony show that Staley maintained a far closer and longer relationship with Jeffrey Epstein than he publicly acknowledged, including repeated personal contact well after Epstein’s 2008 conviction. Evidence revealed during regulatory investigations and litigation contradicts Staley’s claims of distance and ignorance, exposing a pattern of sustained engagement that undercuts his credibility. When set against the paper trail, Staley’s insistence that he was merely an unlucky bystander rings hollow—less a case of being railroaded, and more an example of how implausible denials unravel once they’re tested against emails, calendars, and sworn findings.
