This session I had a special guest joining me, Kresence Campbell, LPC. Kresence shared how she was lead to this field through her own mental wellness journey. Kresence love serving women and college students and this session is an ode to the college students. Kresence shared keys for supporting your college student, the importance of self care, how we as a community can support appropriate mental wellness support in college/university settings and the most valuable part of reaching out for support.
