Coming out of the pandemic we learned some important lessons.  One of the important ones is that effective RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) is essential to running a successful medical practice.  The challenges and importance of RCM have never been greater.  Payers are continuing to take advantage of healthcare organizations with poor RCM.  Healthcare organizations that don't have high quality RCM will always struggle with cash flow problems.  This leaves them struggling to provide services to patients let alone continuing to innovate.  Of course, the opposite is also true.  Medical practices with great RCM are thriving.
