She’s a mom, aerialist and physical therapist from the DC Metro-area. Angie has a disorder called Uternine Didelphys. It represents a uternine malformation where the uterus is present as a paired organ when the embryogenetic fusion of the Mullerion ducts fails to occur (Wikipedia). She walks us through the successful birth of her son and we delve into the road back to inversions postpartum.

This social worker and aerial hobbyist shares her prenatal experience with gestational diabetes and her birth story where her daughter suffers from meconium aspiration. It’s when the infant swallows the mud-like fecal matter in the amnionic fluid before being born. She spends five weeks in the NICU before going home. Both mom and baby are now thriving and Jenn lets us in on the entire story.

Rebecca is a physician and an aerial instructor. She shares her second trimester pregnancy loss due to a terminal diagnosis called Bilateral Renal Agenesis and her experience with a D&E procedure. Her story continues when her second pregnancy ends with caring for a medically complex baby with a poor prognosis due to a genetic disorder called Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS). She and her husband say goodbye and grieve the loss after nine weeks of life.
