Pastor Jim suspended his teaching series on the book of Romans and said, “I want to stretch your imagination, especially the people that are into prayer and their connection with God.” He used Ephesians 3:20 as a springboard into his message: “Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]” (Amp. Classic). The phrase, “To do superabundantly far over above all that we dare ask or think” expounds on the truth that our God is limitless in what we can acquire regarding the promises of the Bible. How do we acquire this limitlessness in God? Pastor Jim teaches it is by having the eyes of your heart, or the eyes of your spirit, flooded with the knowledge of God. Get ready to have Pastor Jim expand and challenge your understanding of the phrase “Eyes of Your Spirit.”
