The greatest four things you can possess are the Fantastic Four: Wisdom - Knowledge - Discretion - Understanding. Solomon had amazing divine wisdom. You can have the same kind of wisdom if you acquire the mind of Christ by staying filled with the Holy Spirit and growing spiritually. The more you learn and apply the Word of God, the more you want to understand since it’s a never-ending knowledge treasure and it enriches your spiritual life. With this treasure in your soul, you can deal with circumstances when they arise. “Discretion will preserve you and understanding will keep you” (Prov 2:11). Discretion is like a blinking light that warns of danger ahead. Discretion can preserve you from Satan’s system of evil. Discernment means to use good judgment and know when to keep your mouth shut such as when you’re angry, tempted to lie, straighten out a fool, or say more than you should when you don’t know all the facts and many more. “The one who guards his words guards his life, but whoever is talkative will come to ruin” (Prov 13:3).
