An explosive device outside a New York immigration court and the FBI’s interception of hundreds of suspicious drones at World Cup events remind us that unseen threats may be closer than we realize. The same is true spiritually: while our culture assumes all religions lead to the same destination, Scripture declares that salvation is found in Jesus alone. Sharing that truth can feel intimidating, but the Holy Spirit knows the hearts of those around us and can overcome our fear with his power. Today, we consider what it means to live on the other side of Pentecost as “living Christs here and now.”
