Chris walks us through how he has spent his last 10years investing in real estate, from wholesaling to rehabbing to building houses.

Anson has been in real estate for about 10 years now and has built an incredible model based around wholesaling, flipping and wholesaling single family houses.

In the beginning, he had an abundance of leads, as they were as simple as going on the MLS around that time. Since then however, he's had to learn marketing and acquisition.
