Mark has been a good friend of mine and a huge inspiration to me, not only in business but in life. Mark truly embodies what it is to live a balanced work/family lifestyle. Together they've been able to take the real estate world by surprise while impacting lives all over the world. They've created a group of like minded people that is geared towards helping others grow their real estate knowledge, called ThinkMultiFamily. In this interview we talk why he chose multi family, how to evaluate deals, the time frames associated with, and who to have on your team.Briefly we talk on structuring a 506.c syndication and how accredited investors are sourced for his deals.
