1 hour and 33 minutes of guided meditation, breathwork and movement. Structured in 3 rounds, the first 30 minutes is very easy physically, the second 30 is more activating and energetic and the last 30 is for full deep engagement and empowerment. So u can tailor your own practice from this if u want, u could just do one or two of the sections, depending on what level of intensity u want to feel, or how much time u have!
