Our society is super masculine energy orientated.

We value goals, success, strength, logic and perseverance.

The feminine energy of patience, receptivity, empowered, trusting, and intuition are not as valued.

What is a forced challenge? How is it different from a chosen challenge? 

A forced challenge is a challenge that you did not choose, like infertility, versus a chosen challenge is a challenge you do choose, like applying for a new job or getting married. The key to overcoming a challenge that is forced upon you is that now you get to choose it. 

But most of us don’t. Most of us fight the challenge and resist it. 

We believe that infertility shouldn't be happening to us. We think “I just want to be done.” or “Can I relax now?” or “I already have had enough challenges in my life, why this one too.” This is what I thought at the beginning of my infertility journey.

1. The hormonal side effects are WAY worse than the actual injections. 
2. Recovery after retrieval can be up until you get your period!
3. Schedule nothing and take time off of work.
