Matt calls up Joe "Diesel" Riggs, an MMA vet, and professional competitor since 2001, Riggs formerly competed for the UFC, WEC, Strikeforce, Bellator, ProElite & King of the Cage. 

Riggs will be competing at the Submission Rise 2 event on 10/15 in NY against Pete "Drago" Sell.  He talks about his training, his upcoming fight for M1 Global on 10/27. Riggs also opens up about his tough time in the UFC, his consideration of retirement, signing with Bellator, how his parent's divorce helped him find combat sports, and what he's learned about being an MMA fighter for 16 years.

Riggs shares his shortcomings, the tough aspects of being a fighter, and more insight of what it's like being Joe "Diesel" Riggs that you may not expect.

Fight News with Kyle announces Frankie Edgar's next fight, Liam McGeary's new opponent now that King Mo dropped out, Sapo's retirement, the Vegas tragedy, and rumors about Anthony Johnson's potential UFC return.

Matt is joined in studio by former call in guest, Liam McGeary! Last time TFC spoke with McGeary, he was fighting in Ireland. He is now back in NY, and preparing for his upcoming fight at Bellator 185 at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut. 

Liam talks about his motivation for this fight against King Mo on October 20.  He explains his recent loss against Linton Vassell, and what he's been working on to get the W on 10/20.  Matt & Liam discuss their NY buddies' fights including Dave Branch's.  

Liam shares his new hobby making swords, how he went from construction to professional MMA fighting, and his frustrations with wrestlers.

Fight News with Kyle tells us about DC's reaction regaining the title as Jon Jones was stripped of it, Rory MacDonald's next fight against Douglas Lima, Carlos Condit's return to the UFC, and more!

Matt talks to Kyle Antonelli for Fight News first up.  New father Kyle talks about UFC Fight Night 116 in Pittsburg, PA this Saturday and the 3 NY fighters that are fighting on the main card.  He then talks about the latest update with Jon Jones' PED use.  Kyle announces Randy Brown's next UFC fight against an up and comer, and comments on this past UFC's ref calls being too late.

Matt calls up Lou Neglia to talk about Ring of Combat 60 that he's putting on Friday in Atlantic City. He explains fighters that had their start in ROC, as well as which fights on the card to look out for.

Zu Anyanwu, guest from Ep 28, fights on the main card of UFC Fight Night 116: Branch VS Rockhold. This is a last minute fight for him, so he talks about that and it being his first UFC fight.  He comments on the other fighters on the card that he sees in Pittsburgh now days before the fights.

Matt Culley & Fight Shape Tony Ricci talk about Performance Enhancing Drugs and the latest scandal with Jon Jones.  Tony explains how they could affect his performance versus DC, and what his personal opinion is if Jones really did use.  Matt brings up facts surrounding the possibility of his innocence.

Then, they talk about McGregor's endurance, what's next for McGregor, and their thoughts on the fight against Floyd Mayweather.

Matt, Sergio, and Producer Kristen talk about Mayweather VS McGregor- the ref, the outcome, the views, and what's next. Then James Gonzalez comes in to talk about his upcoming fight on 9/15/17. The cave asks him about his amateur and pro fights, as well as training at LAW MMA & Serra BJJ Academy.  They predict future fight match ups, which leads to The Fight Cave 5, where we get some more insight as James as a lover of combat sports.

James "Speedy" Gonzalez (4-1) is on a 4 win streak and fights at 145lbs under Matt Serra in New York.  He is #16 Featherweight in NJ and #36 in the US Northeast Pro Featherweights.

Matt & Sergio start off the show with the latest on #MayMac approving 8 oz gloves, and Sergio gives some inside info on the notorious Malignaggi sparring ordeal with McGregor.  They talk MMA news including Georges St. Pierre, the UFC Light Heavyweight belt & Bellator updates.

Adam Kownacki, 16-0, 13KOs, ranked #10 Heavyweight on BoxRec, comes into studio.  He gives the boxing perspective on #MayMac and talks about his sparring sessions with MMA fighters like Gian Villante.  Adam talks about getting into fight sports, injuries, and the many gyms he's trained at in the tristate area.  He tells us about his many training partners including Wladimir Klitschko, Jarrell "Big Baby" Miller, & Cam Awesome form the boxing Netflix documentary: Counter Punch. Matt asks Adam The Fight Cave 5, and Adam gives some good advice to new fighters.

Matt & Sergio recap UFC Fight Night: Mexico City and their summer favorite: Tuesday night Contender Series.  Andre "The Bull" Harrison comes into studio to talk about his past win on 7/28 at PFL as the main event and what's next for him.  Dre talks about fellow top featherweights, his Bellmore Kickboxing Team, and how he's gotten out of some close calls in fights. They chat about McGregor VS Mayweather, which Dre renames "a charity event".

Fight News with Kyle talks about the Paulie Malignaggi and Conor McGregor fall out.  He then discusses the health and possible retirement of Ian McCall.

Matt & Sergio are back in the studio after an exciting weekend of fights! They keep it real with their performance reviews of all the fighters from UFC 214, including Cormer, Jones, Woodley, Maia, Cyborg, Evinger and more!

Then, Matt & Serg welcome guest, New RISE Champion, Jason Rau into the studio!

Jason, a Matt Serra black belt, chats with the guys about all things Jiu Jitsu and MMA, his recent win to become the RISE champion, working with Matt Serra and much more!

Matt and Sergio welcome Fight Shape Tony Ricci back to the show to talk! They start with the Long Island UFC card results.  Tony gives some insight about Chris Weidman, having been a part of his fight camp.  The crew also comments on the refs, scoring, who they thought should have won in the close fights, and Matchmaker Minute for Chase Sherman.

They switch gears and analyze each fight on the UFC 214 card, starting with DC VS Jones.  They describe each fighter's style on the card and how they see the fights going, including Woodley MS Maia, Cyborg VS Evinger, Lawler VS Cerrone, Manuwa VS Oezdemir, Lamas VS Knight, Sterling VS Barao, Moicano VS Ortega, Fili VS Kattar, Curran VS Albu, Shelton VS Brooks, & Burkman VS Dober.
