Isaiah, the owner of Archetype Coffee recently placed second in the 2018 New Orleans Barista Qualifier while Jason Burkum, roaster at Archetype, also placed second in the Cup Taster's Qualifier. We talk about their introductions to coffee, Archetype's story and ethos, and about their competitions and upcoming performances in Seattle at Nationals.

In this episode, I interview Andy Sprenger, owner of Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters in Lakewood, Colorado. Andy is a U.S. Aeropress and two-time U.S. Brewer's Cup Champion. He also placed second in the World Brewer's Cup.
