My lockdown project has been to write a book - Fat To Fit At Fifty - which describes my own journey from obese and heart-attack-waiting-to-happen to becoming a fitness model world champion. In addition, the book contains all the tips and advice you need for you to follow the full 3-stage fat-to-fit programme, designed to help other over-50s reduce their fatness levels, increase their fitness levels, and have a good time while doing it too.
