  • S2 EP 03: Flirting With Strangers, Bad Luck & Beckham Drama

In this episode, we’re doing what we do best… absolutely spiralling through a life catch-up.

Caz is back in Bali entering her new “business class energy” era (which may have ruined economy flights forever), while Kirstie is caught up in the very suspicious case of a missing purse that somehow resurfaced in a recycling plant.  We also get into the internet’s latest obsession with the Beckham family drama & how some days feel like the universe has personally decided you’re its problem.

We feel VERY STRONGLY about getting out of our own way this year, and if nothing else- take this episode as your reminder to flirt with strangers & make eye contact with hot people in the gym to make life that little bit more fun!!

  • S2 EP 02: Sweating through our Issues at Treehouse Sauna

This week, we took the pod on the road - and straight into the heat at Treehouse Sauna, who kindly invited us down to soak, sweat & absolute sh*te (alongside some very real truths ofc).

We get into contrast therapy from a woman’s perspective & how so many wellness “rules” were never designed with our hormones or cycles in mind. Somewhere along the way, we agree that sauna and ice baths have quietly become the new pub - & honestly, we’re not mad about it.

The chat drifts into being in bikinis on camera, cellulite, stretch marks, and the way so many of us put life on hold because we don’t feel “perfect” in our bodies. Somewhere between the sweat & the hormones, we both agree that commenting on people’s weight needs to be left behind & how body shame steals so much mental space without us even realising.

Huge thanks to Treehouse Sauna for having us and letting us bring microphones, opinions & some questionable behaviour into the sauna…

  • BONUS EP: New Year, Same Chaos

In this episode, we call bullsh*t on reset culture and the pressure to become a completely different person just because the calendar flipped.

We talk about why trying to change everything at once only sets you up to fail & how most people end up feeling worse by February than they did in December. Instead of forcing a reinvention we’re backing choosing one realistic habit instead of signing up for 75 impossible ones.

There’s chat about meditation attempts that didn’t quite stick, sitting on good ideas for far too long & what it actually looks like to start closing loops instead of carrying mental clutter everywhere. We also talk about releasing one-sided relationships & letting go of situations that no longer give anything back.

We reflect on rock bottoms, health scares, heartbreak, and losing control - & why even after all of that, you’re still allowed to feel excited about a new year. Not because you’re becoming a new person, but because sometimes you just need to close the loop and leave certain sh*t behind.

New year, same chaos from us..

  • S2 EP 01: We're Back for Season 2, Merry Crisis 🎄

We're back better than ever with a Christmas episode because we can’t afford therapy at this time of year, obviously.

We explain the hiatus, unpack a Floating Rock night out, celebrate ending the year without anyone’s son wrecking our heads, narrowly avoid a vibrator-related scandal & ask the real question- can you become addicted to healing?

Kirstie appears to be trying to end the year with us cancelled, but sure… cheers to chaos & coming back louder 🎙️🎄

  • S1 EP 14: The Special Guest We Definitely Didn’t Plan For...

We’re back with BIG life updates. Kirstie’s just finished her breathwork course (she literally left her soul on the mat), why it moves things talk therapy can’t, and the WILD exercise that made her realise she’d never speak to a stranger the way she speaks to herself.

Then Caz drops the plot twist: Ms. Freedom-Is-My-Love-Language has had a foster fail and is now a full-blown momacita. Meet our first special guest and official Floating Rock mascot. We get into the meltdown that came with committing to a new version of life, why you don’t always need a “reason” to cry, and how good it feels to just let it out.

Homework for next week: send us your MOST embarrassing stories. Voice notes encouraged, anonymity protected, dignity… optional.

  • S1 EP 13: Caz Goes Viral & Kirstie’s Away With The Fairies

Buckle up for the full moon this week guys, we give you the full lowdown on what to expect.

In other news…Caz is suddenly TikTok famous, while Kirstie’s spent the week talking to psychics in a desperate attempt to feel something (at one point she was chatting to fairies in a forest) - should we be concerned?

We give you goss on the hate we’ve been getting over on TikTok, while unpacking the Molly Mae backlash & Selling Sunset’s latest season of unhinged real estate.

Oh, and apparently we’re also single-handedly responsible for the male loneliness epidemic?? Just a standard week really.

  • S1 EP 12: Is Having A Boyfriend Embarrassing Now?

We’re back after a week in the bin & unpacking… a lot. From the epidemic girlie problem with the leg curl machine (if you know, you know) to Vogue’s take that “having a boyfriend is embarrassing” - we’re talking soft launches, the wild world of social media & being the f*cking prize.

Caz’s October was a ride: ran into Shrek (LOL) without a wobble & chose peace. Kirstie’s honest about feeling out of place at home (Caz’s advice… book the flight?.

Also featuring: the 60-year-old gym bestie who once rescued a girl at sea & now invites Caz to beach sing-songs. Naturally.

    We’re back babyyyyyy!!

  • S1 EP 11: The Mental Health Episode (We’re Fine, Kinda)

The journey never really stops when it comes to looking after your mind. Some chapter feels lighter than others & that’s okay! We get into what’s helped us, what hasn’t, and there ways our mental health shows up in our relationships.

We also chat about about why talk therapy isn’t always the vibe for everyone & how finding what actually works for you can take time.
It’s an honest one - the ups, the downs & everything in between 🫶🏽

⚠️ Disclaimer: We’re not professionals - just two emotionally unstable besties doing our best & oversharing our personal experiences along the way.

  • IT'S CAZ'S BIRTHDAY!!!

A little birthday bonus for our Caz 👑
Join us as she reflects on her toughest moments, the one regret of her year (not telling more people to f*ck off 👀) and why opening up to your friends matters more than anything.

Of course she celebrated the only way she knows how- with a big fuss & dancing in the street (literally). And yes, Kirstie was there… through the phone lol.

  • S1 EP 10: From Bad Reviews to Bali Resets

The girls were humbled with their first bad review (and let’s just say Kirstie’s nanny did NOT hold back 👀).

Recorded straight out of Dublin Airport, Caz was literally packing up her Irish life & gearing up for Bali. She spills on the version of herself that thrives over there, plus a very Type A hand luggage haul (shock).

We chat recent health struggles, why following a niggle to move or travel might just change everything - with the added bonus of an aggressive hype girl rant you didn’t know you needed lol

Think airport goodbyes, honest chats & a little love letter to Bali 🥥
