She is a national speaker, educator, and founder of The Design Sanctuary Workshop.  She has trained countless apprentice florists and many have gone on to start their own shops.

This week on Flower Pros we have the pleasure of talking with Alison Higgins from Grace Flowers Hawaii! She discusses how she got started, some of the differences of having a flower shop off the mainland, and what it's like to design for over 40 weddings in an island setting each month.

Our guest this week is Gayle Zerr of Florist Fire in Hyde Park Florida! She discusses her transition from a design lead into the owner of a flourishing shop in South-West Florida. Her shop has geared more into event and wedding design but also focuses on subscription services and educational classes.
