Not much about Adidas in this episode, as most people were still out of office but I'm explaining you about how international brands - but also small brands like this podcast - are using consistency as part of their marketing, to enhance the loyalty of their customers.

As I was free for most of the day, I had some time to check about Adidas new technology development plans and it made me understand some key concepts about innovation strategies and consumer behavior, that I will try to teach you about.

These two weeks at adidas taught me that employee satisfaction is a key metric in such big & international organizations, so I really wanted to talk about it and how smaller companies could improve in that way.
