Pioneering researchers from the Spinal Cord Injury Research Centre at Neuroscience Research Australia have launched a study aimed at helping people with spinal injuries walk again, and they're looking for volunteers.

Duncan Wallace, is the executive director at SpinalCure, he suffered a spinal injury himself, and he tells John about how newly injured people should never be told they won't walk again.

Duncan discusses the research that's gone in to spinal recovery, and what needs to be done going forward.
