Ten years ago, The Economist magazine had a special report on the future of work. Among other things, it predicted the likelihood that specific jobs would be replaced by robots and artificial intelligence within two decades. One could easily believe that telemarketers are in trouble, but accountants and auditors? Then came ChatGPT and suddenly the list of jobs under threat seems much longer.
