Why you need to leave your parents’ home?

I love my family do not get me wrong.

But I strongly believe you need to leave your parents’ home if you want to become strong and successful financially.

The level I operate is insane, I work from 5 o'clock in the morning to 8 o'clock in evenings.......My family doesn't need to see that.

I left home because I want to operate a new level that suits me, I don't want to have things surrounded me that can stop that.

If you earn less than 10k a month don't save your money, you need to invest in you.

Moving out home is an investment in you.

It teaches you how to provide, it teaches you how to generate.

Believe me you can stay CLOSER to your family, once you move out.

It's harder at home because you end up taking them for granted.

If you are in your late teens or early 20's...listen to me

It's not your mommy's responsibility is to look after you!

It's your job to step up, pave your way and learn how to provide for yourself no matter what the circumstances are.

Never Being Satisfied

I remember there was a period when I was closing deals, making 10 - 11k a month, I thought I was doing well at that time.

After a month doing that, the next month I was horrible, I found closing really difficult, I stopped role playing, I started giving up easily on deals. And then all of us sudden I was back at square one.

Fast forward to today, yesterday I closed over a 100k worth of business in a day. And what do I do, I get up at 4am in the morning asking myself who am I going to call today, who do I have to follow up, Who can I close today!

In short the lesson is, last year when I chilled out, all the things that I worked so hard for dropped.....my confidence, my certainty, my resilience.

As an exercise i want you to write down three things you've done well this week. And then write down how hard you had to work for it.

Don't Rest, Go bigger, Expand!

"I am not buying today, because you're trying to sell me"

How can you handle that?

Whenever you get tons of objections, price, partner, time all in one...

There's one objection being hidden that the prospect never wants to tell you.

And its got nothing to do with price or partners...

It is to do with you "PRESSURING" them to make a decision...

Dissolve and eliminate this objection..

How to Get a Sales Job?

This is what you need to know if you want to get a sales role.

1. How much money you want to make?

*Do not ever go for a sales job and say "Oh man I am all about helping people, I don't care how much money I make.”

(Flunked)

As a business owner I want to know how much money you are going to generate me. I am not getting a sales people because I want you to help someone, I am hiring you because I want you to generate revenue.

2. Tell the boss how important money is to you. Tell them that you think about it, you’re hungry for it and that you want to be successful financially.

*If money isn't important to you, then sales is not for you.

3. Do not say "I am good at talking to people."

*I don't need someone that is good in talking to people." I need someone that can close people. I do not want a talker.

4. Drop a guarantee to good to refuse.

*give me two months, just pay me commission and I will prove to you that I will blow your business up.

 

Implement this to get a sales Job.

It is the last week of the month, it is the 4th quarter. This is my favorite part of the month. I am super excited because magical things happen in this last week guys.

What to do in the last week of the month.

You need to think about how you can start the next month as best as possible because that momentum is going to produce a big finish this month. And it’s going to produce a massive start the next month. You need to set it up a month in advance.

You need to be ahead of the game, not on the game. You need to do more if you want to get what you really want.

Now lets supercharge next month by setting it up for success, this week!

Coach can't lift a business owner that does believe in theirselves.

Coaching requires implementation. If you don't implement and actually do the work.

You gonna find yourself blaming the coach.

Let's go and make more money by working hard, trusting our business and implement.

1.Is your current monthly income is the target that you get is making you comfortable? Is this enough for you? Are you making enough money to get your goals?

2.Am I comfortable? Is this easy? You should be uncomfortable. Do something uncomfortable.

3.Do you feel under pressure? are you stress? if you are not then you are not working hard enough.

How to Handle Partner Objections

When you should push or let it go?

When someone brings up the partner objection there could be a couple of things going on.

It could be valid objection, their marriage might be on shaky grounds, they are tight on money, they need to speak to each other about every decision.

First Scenario

It could be where they just say " I need to speak to my partner first"

They are not certain they really want this!

Try to handle this objection and see if it is valid or not.

First Rule - Always Agree:

"Hey Man, Totally Understand”

-"I totally get you”

-I felt the same way, I always check with my partner.”

You need to check if this is actually real, usually the partner objection is a stall to cover up something else.

"Apart from you needing to speak to your partner, is there any other reason that would stop you from making a decision today?"

"It's really outside our budget."

Now you know! What is actually going on.

Once you've got to that stage, you know how to handle it.

2nd Scenario

"I just need to tell my partner."

Now thats different. You can tell they're probably convinced.

Would you get started if you let your partner know about this?

"Yes, I just need to tell him/her."

BANG!
