The sacral has a natural rhythm: go up (energized, flowing) → hit plateau (feels dull, "blah") → go back up to next level

The key is recognizing the difference between a temporary plateau (normal - don't quit here!) and genuine misalignment (consistent "no" that doesn't shift)

What starts as a sacral "yes" can change over time - staying connected to your body's current wisdom matters more than past commitments

What I Learned:

I was trying to prove myself and people-please rather than honor my body's wisdom

The daily commitment was draining me and distracting from what truly lights me up (podcasting, true sidereal human design)

When you're consistently pushing and forcing, that's misalignment - not just a plateau

Sometimes we need to experience what's NOT aligned to learn what IS aligned
