Today's guest is Dr. Lucas Trautman, MD, MPH and head instructor at Stardust Jiu-Jitsu which offers classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, American Wrestling, and Creative Movement while emphasizing bridge-building and problem solving, seeking to develop and empower lifelong leaders. Dr Trautman talks to us about his time in the storied CBHS Wrestling program through the 80’s and 90’s, his self discovery through acting in the theatre while navigating the challenges of medical school and much more.

Today's guest is Robert Morris, a graduate of Fordham University and Magna Cum Laude graduate of Berklee College of Music with a major in songwriting. Robert has played in numerous Broadway shows including Hamilton and Currently working on Kinky Boots just to name a few.On the episode Robert talks about growing up in NYC and frequenting Elaine's - the fabled bar and restaurant in the upper east side of Manhattan run by the iconic Elaine Kaufman whose establishment created a home and incubator to countless prominent artists and celebrities. Robert recalls Elaine being a sage like mentor in his formative years and the parallels between music and martial arts.
