WOWZA Where to begin.  This episode is a bit different than the normal structure. Dr. Elnur Gajiev AKA El, and I met through my Wilderness First Responder Training in 2020.  He is a Clinical Psychologist, a lover of nature, a poet, an educator, a coach, and community collaborator.  He has specialized in Wilderness Therapy and is currently digging into the world of Spoken Word Therapy.
